Our framework reinforces our philosophy to look at each brand and marketer individually. Our structure is built on the foundation of the clients’ Brand, including both an Account Service and a Planning arm in each group. The Account side is immersed in day-to-day operations for the Brand – its needs, goals, etc., while the Planning team remains completely focused on consumer connection channels. They are entwined together to offer channel solutions grounded in business and consumer insight. Horizon’s culture empowers both teams to excel in their individual areas of expertise.
Our structure has recently expanded to include a group of individuals completely dedicated to forward looking client insights. Our Channel Insights and Consumer Insights Directors inform and enhance the output of our Brand Groups through customized tools and research.
We have all heard the phrase “It’s not personal, it’s business”. For each of us at Horizon, that phrase represents false logic. We approach each day, with such enthusiasm and dedication precisely because at Horizon – Business is Personal. We have mastered this philosophy and are nimble enough to apply it across a broad range of business categories each with its own challenges and individual needs.
