Out-of-home covers advertising such as taxi tops, billboards, interior rail cars and platforms, aerial banners, ski resorts, and many other place-based media opportunities. It is both the oldest medium (used extensively in ancient Rome) and the newest as new forms are constantly being introduced. Horizon has in-depth knowledge of all forms of this important communication channel.
